My wife is an elementary school teacher in the Issaquah school district. Since the moment I started creating this blog I have been under an immense amount of pressure to give the Eastside educational institutions props... so I've done just that. Check out the new "school info" link on the right, and be sure to click through to the higher education page. We are blessed to have such great schools in the area. Voters in the area support local bonds and levies, the schools have relatively low class sizes, and they stay current with technological advances in education. (my wife totally digs her "smart board"... a giant chalkboard meets plasma screen technology).
