For the third straight week, King County Pending numbers continue to grow. King County had 545 Pending sales for the week, which is the best week so far of the year. There were 9,888 Active listings. Overall King County shows 4.1 Months of Supply of inventory at the current rate of sale.
Eastside Pendings came in at 158 for the week. Sales continue to be strongest under the $500,000 mark. High end Eastside sales were the best of the year with 26 sales over $1 million dollars. Last year in the same week, the Eastside came in with only 83 pending sales.
Seattle Metro came in with 2.9 Months of supply with 206 Pending sales out of 2,658 Active listings. Last year the Metro area came in with 133 pending sales. Inventory under the $500,000 mark had 2 months of supply at the current rate of sale.
