I have already heard predictions of a shortage in my state IF our population growth follows the projections by the Census Bureau.

Well, I think the restrictions will really keep the families with moderate-income from buying their own house which will make renting increase.

The real estate developers should create a research that will result to affordable housing which allows Class B citizens to buy one based on their financial status.
